Valentine's Muffin Tin Monday

Of course I had to do a Valentine's themed tin today.  This was dinner a few nights ago.  A simple meal that was completely devoured - every last bite!
Heart shaped grilled cheese (do you see the smiley face?!?) with balsalmic roasted squash and zucchini (roasted last summer, sealed, and frozen - they preserved very well!), a heart shaped fresh tomato, dill pickles (canned last year) and a crown full of chocolate mousse, strawberries, and a squirt of whipped cream.  Can you say yum?!
This is how I made the smiley face - toast stamps!  I found them at Dollar Tree.  A set of 2 costs just $1 and they had all different patterns to choose from.  Fun, huh?

Dollar stores are the best for finding inexpensive items like your bread stamps. Cute!

I need to get to the Dollar Store. It's just one of those stores I always forget about, but I've seen some bloggers get some very good buys there. Cute toast!!
