So I mentioned earlier that I'm dieting but that doesn't mean I have to deprive myself.
In fact, most days I budget for some sort of snack. Or two. Or three.
One recipe I love is this Mocha Angel Food Cake.
It's seriously easy to make and is delicious.
Mix 1 box of 1 step angel food cake, 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa, and 1 1/3 cup of decaffeinated coffee (cooled).
Bake in bread pans at 350* for 35-45 minutes. Cool on sides.
Makes 2 loaves, 12 servings, 159 calories per serving.
Top it off with some low calorie squirty whipped cream.
You won't feel like you're dieting at all!
